In order to strengthen the overall level of English teachers, expand teaching and research channels, and optimize teaching and research resources, on June 1st, all the English teachers and foreign teacher Mac of Anqing Foreign Language School attended a reading seminar. To be concrete, this activity is initiated by foreign teacher Mac, which aims to taste the American classic literature by Mark Twain, 'The Prince and the Beggar'. In addition, the informative activity exchanges reading experience in the form of open talks, and systematically combines the gains of reading with the teachers’ own education and teaching practice. During the activity, our foreign teacher Mac answered the teachers' questions one by one, which opened the mind of the teachers present. Therefore, this reading and discussion activity has promoted the common development and growth of the teachers present, broadened the teaching and research ideas, and created a teaching and research atmosphere of mutual openness, complementary advantages and common development.
